In the end it was a good result for us. We finished 2nd. on the water , and 4th on corrected time  in a very competitive class with lots of local fast boats - real racers .

Today relaxation at Pigeon Point beach thanks to Guillaume and Claudine  at Catherine's Cafe, before sailing towards St Barth and then  the next race in St Maarten - the Heineken regatta.

Mad Mongoose

Right at the heart of the "strip", on the junction of Falmouth and English Harbour, Mad Mongoose is a lively, brightly-painted (yellow and blue) roadside establishment. It sees a mixed crowd of tourists, islanders and yachties, who come in for live music (Fridays) and dancing, fired by rum punch and Caribbean beers.
